Hair is kinda my thing.
As an Idaho native, I've been behind the chair in the Treasure Valley since 2007, building a career and eventually a space that reflects what I believe hair should be: intentional, expressive, and personal.
I specialize in lived in color, precision cutting, and Invisible Bead Extensions. I love natural dimension, effortless movement, and hair that grows out beautifully. More than that, I care about creating an experience that feels safe, inclusive, and relaxed.
Moosh was built on the idea that hair is not about trends or pressure. It is about alignment. When your hair feels like you, everything else feels a little easier.

Named after my son, who gained his nickname Moosh after a good jam session to Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody… “scaramouche scaramouche.” Moosh is used as a term of endearment in Australia, like “pal” or “mate”, which I found very relatable because I consider anyone who sits in my chair just that, my pal. The name Moosh also happens to be a character from the game The Legend of Zelda. So with that, I had a name for my salon, a name that not only had meaning to me but also defined me.

She specializes in blondes, effortless lived-in color, and custom hand tied extensions, creating seamless and dimensional looks tailored to each client.
When she's not in the salon, you can find her spending time with her boyfriend, traveling, staying active, or relaxing in her new home with her sweet cat. Maddie is always eager to grow, both personally and professionally, and can't wait to welcome you into her chair.

MEET THE TEAM
As a Taurus, Brooke is a believer of good hair, good food, good energy, and a little bit of luxury. She specializes in custom haircuts, lived-in color, reds, and hand-tied extensions.
She is always down for new ideas and loves creating looks that feel elevated but are still easy to live in. Giving healthy hair, with a luxury feel, and low-maintenance vibes.
Outside of the salon you will find Brooke at local markets, sipping on coffee, and winding down with a good book. Family time and cozy moments are what fill her cup.
