We kindly request a 24-hour notice be given via email, phone call or text to avoid any unnecessary charges. Failure to do so, will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service requested.

We highly recommend scheduling a consultation before extension services, as this will determine length of appointment, pricing, hair goals, and more.

When coming to your appointment, please bring any inspiration photos or references that can help us understand the look you desire. Although we adore children, we kindly request that you leave them at home during your appointment. This allows us to provide you and our other clients with the best possible service and experience.

If you have a preferred stylist, you can request them when booking your appointment. We will make every effort to accommodate your request based on their availability.

Hand tied extensions require some care and maintenance. Before getting into the shower, brush out your extensions using a WetBrush to help prevent deep tangles and matting. Gently shampoo between the rows, without vigorous scrubbing. Use a leave-in conditioner to prevent tangling. When brushing the extensions while wet, start from the ends and work your way up to the scalp. With every extension appointment, we include a take home care kit that includes a wet brush, product, and an information pamphlet on how to properly care for your extensions at home.
